About Durham Rebels Volleyball Club

Founded in 2001 by elementary school educators, Paul Koot and Lee Stone, Durham Rebels Volleyball Club (DRVC) provides quality volleyball programming to youth throughout the Durham region. We are members, in good standing, of Ontario Volleyball Association and Volleyball Canada.

Mission

We are committed to preparing elite volleyball athletes by developing lifelong leadership, sportsmanship, and athletic excellence.

Vision

Durham Rebels exists for the purpose of growing the game of volleyball throughout the province and instilling a deep love of the game in all of our athletes while supporting those whose goal is to continue the sport at the post-secondary and professional levels.

Values

We will reinforce the traditional values of honesty, integrity, family, sportsmanship, and commitment to working at the highest level of volleyball possible.

We work with Coaches who see themselves as a teacher first and believe in the greater good of the team. We put focus on the whole person working to train at the highest level of play while placing emphasis on education and family. We will reinforce traditional values of honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, and commitment to working at the highest level of volleyball possible. These core values are the backbone of our Club.
